County Academy End of Season Jamboree
The County Academy Jamboree took place at Brickhampton Court GC Glevum course on Sunday 6th October in the DRY!!
Teams were set off on the 9-hole Glevum Course with challenges on each hole for the players. They then had one of Tom's crazy putting tasks to complete.
The whole afternoon was rounded off by sandwiches and chips and prize presentation.
Our grateful thanks go to the Complex for all their help, Tom Gillespie, Neil Casling, Nathan Loveridge and Steve Haskayne for all their help setting up the challenges and guiding the players round the course.
The presentation started with a couple of End of Season awards:
At the beginning of the season we announced an Academy Jeff Hall Qualifier Award based on a minimum of 5 entries to the qualifying Junior Opens from the beginning of the season to Jamboree date. Scores for this is Gross Score Vs Course Rating on the 5 best scores.

Each year we ask the Academy Coaches to nominate one player from each of their squads for a Coaches Award which is a £50 voucher towards Home Club Membership.
